use tmpfs for temporary directory for piuparts

Tips: use tmpfs for temporary directory for piuparts
$ sudo time piuparts -p -t /tmpfs net-snmp_5.7.2~dfsg-1~0.1_amd64.changes
(snip)
0m35.7s INFO: PASS: All tests.
0m35.7s INFO: piuparts run ends.

0inputs+336outputs (0major+752059minor)pagefaults 0swaps

$ sudo time piuparts -p net-snmp_5.7.2~dfsg-1~0.1_amd64.changes
(snip)
3m46.7s INFO: PASS: All tests.
3m46.7s INFO: piuparts run ends.
30.00user 12.92system 3:46.89elapsed 18%CPU (0avgtext+0avgdata 50000maxresident)k
912inputs+1662960outputs (53major+781440minor)pagefaults 0swaps
 0m35.7s vs 3m46.7s = about 6 times faster and save 3 minites in this case, good (And imagine. If you want to test a package that depends on Eclipse or so, then... ;).

So, if you have enough memory and not want to waste your life, using tmpfs is good choice, IMHO (or buy SSD :)
